Typical turnaround times?
From order to delivery normally takes around 8 to 10 days for customised tags. If the product you order is in stock 3 to 5 days.
What materials do you use and are they safe for children?
All our products are made from high quality PLA (Polylactic Acid) PLA is a non-toxic, eco-friendly material derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane.
It's completely free from harmful chemicals, toxins, and BPAs. it emits no nasty fumes and is safe for daily handling by children.
How do I clean and sanitise your products?
You can easily wipe them down with a damp cloth, wash them in warm soapy water, or clean them with standard antibacterial wipes.
Note:Please do not put 3D printed items in the dishwasher or submerge them in boiling water, as high heat can warp the plastic.

Is your product a choking hazard
Although our tags are 60mm x 50mm we recommend adult supervision at all times.
What is your returns policy?
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If you recieve a defective product, please notify us on receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
To process your return efficently:
Take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

with your order number and the photo's.
Keep the original packaging until our team has reviewed your request.
Return postage: You will not be out of pocket for a defective or damaged item. Once your return is approved, we will provide a full refund for your return postage costs.
Do you accept school purchase orders?
Yes we accept school purchase orders and invoicing. If you need an official invoice or purchase order to secure funding before paying please contact us directly.
